I have been waiting weeks to have any sort of real support. This is absolutely insane. An answer saying "we will update you soon" is not an update. I understand being busy and trying to fix problems (hopefully the problem I am having), but it is downright unprofessional to ignore my various questions and requests for updates or any sort of information at all. I have never experienced such a poor level of support and am extremely frustrated. I can only hope that you do not treat all clients looking for support this way.
