Hello,
I purchased your Barberia WP theme from themeforest.net and I have been unable to properly and fully install everything.
There seems to be an issue with the barberia.XML file … when I import that file I get many "failed to import" messages, and I cannot gett all of the demo content (nothing in the Media folder, missing items, etc).
Also, the Page Builder feature is not functioning. When I click on any "widgets" to add … nothing happens. I just click any of the widgets, and nothing happes … so I cannot use it at all.
Could you get me another version of this XML files for the demo content, and maybe that will fix it? Or, do you have any suggestions?

Ok we found the issue please ask to increase max execution time of your server to 300
Please tell the host to increase then let us know.
Maximum execution time of 60 seconds exceeded in /home/ssshafferscott16/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-image-editor.php on line 425
